OKAY, SO AFTER READING MY LAST POST I CAUGHT A HINT OF AMBIGUITY IN IT. REALIZE THAT I AM NOT TRYING TO GET UP TO 175 (THAT WOULD BE RIDICULOUS AS I CURRENTLY WIEGH A HEFTY 157), I AM TRYING TO GET UP 175. THE LAST TIME I MAXED ON BENCH WAS ABOUT 6 MONTHS AGO AND I GOT UP 150. THAT IS UNACCEPTABLE AND FIGURE 175 SHOULD BE A MORE REASONABLE WEIGHT. I HAVE TO SET SMALL GOALS FIRST RIGHT?

ANOTHER HARD LIFTING WORKOUT TODAY. 3 SETS OF 4 REPS ON EACH OF THE FOLLOWING: BENCH PRESS 125LBS, LEG PRESS 270LBS, DUMBELL PRESS 110LBS. THEN FINISHED IT OFF WITH 2 SETS OF 10 REPS OF STRAIGHT BAR CURLS 50LBS. THATS ALL I GOT. HOPEFULLY I WILL RECOVER ENOUGH FOR THE SATURDAY MAX SESSION. ANYBODY WANT TO SPOT ME?
