On a more depressing and more serious note, I would like to send out my wishes to the family of Bill Mclain. While I did not know him personally as well as some bike racers did, i did get to know him at some of the roughest times ever, promoting bike races. Bill was instrumental in the KHSnm.com 'cross series and his lively attitude and love for bikes will truly be missed. He was however, as i knew him, a live life to the fullest kind of guy. While he will be missed in racing he definately wouldn't want us to skip riding our bikes. So for Bill, the next time you get on your bike, or pop open a cold one, send a little toast out. Bill left a little bit of himself in all of us, that little bit is the love of riding. Go out and ride fast and love what you do, because that is exactly what Bill Mclain would want all of us to do.

I send my deepest condolences to the family of Bill, and i hope that they will live life as he did, that would truly make the city of Albuquerque a little more beautiful.
