Since i am going out of town this weekend for Turkey Day, there may be no new posts for a little while. I may be able to pick up a wifi connection at an Arby's some where, but then again, it is vacation and i may just not want to have to think.

After school today i am rolling out of town, which should put is in Safford sometime around 8 oclock. That should give me plenty of time to get a bite to eat and get some good sleep in preparation for the big mountain climb tommorrow. I will hit Mt. Graham at first light tommorrow, and will hopefully be done by noon. Its something like 22 miles straight up, 15 on road and 7 on dirt and about 150% more elevation gain than Sandia. Should take like 2.5 or 3 hours up and then a nice, cold, scary descent with no gaurdrails and blind corners. Since i will be on my cross bike (spinning out my 34-11) the descent alone will take about an hour, assuming that i don't fly off a cliff somewhere (in which case the descent would actually be much quicker).

I will keep you posted as to my times, and how the whole thing went when i can.
